42 – Prepare Menus
Adult leaders review each crew leader’s completed TAP Menu Plans and as needed suggest adjustments.
Crew leaders write ingredient lists for food the crew must prepare during the Adventure. Adult leaders review the ingredient lists.
Finalize menus, prepare shopping lists, and purchase food as necessary.
Receipts for food purchases must be given to the Records Manager who will reimburse the persons who purchased food for their out-of-pocket expenses.
Record Manager enters meal costs on the TAP Expense/Income Record.
